AI that gives every rooftop the same answer from the group’s own policies

A multi-location dealer group can train one company adapter on the policies it has licensed and the procedures it approves, then add role adapters designed to draft for service advisors, F&I and sales staff, and group operations. People make every coverage, pricing, and customer-disclosure decision. The workflows below are illustrative.

Illustrative example. Not a customer deployment, and no claim about results.

Role workflows

  • Illustrative workflow

    Service advisors

    What the company adapter carries
Warranty and service policies the group has licensed, the group’s own service procedures, and its terminology.
What the role adapter is designed to draft
Answer an advisor’s question from those policies, name the source and its version, and say so when the policy does not cover the case.
    Where people decide
Warranty administrators and service managers make every coverage determination. The answer points to a policy and decides nothing.
  • Illustrative workflow

    F&I and sales staff

    What the company adapter carries
The group’s approved product descriptions, disclosure procedures, and deal-desk procedures.
What the role adapter is designed to draft
Answer a staff question in the group’s approved wording, and draft an internal note on which disclosures a procedure calls for.
    Where people decide
F&I managers and the people who own the disclosure procedures make every pricing and customer-disclosure decision. Customers receive approved forms, not drafts.
  • Illustrative workflow

    One answer across rooftops

    What the company adapter carries
One company adapter shared by every location, with group-wide policies and any rooftop-specific procedures the group has approved.
What the role adapter is designed to draft
Draw on the same approved set for a question from any rooftop, and draft a change note for managers when a procedure is updated.
    Where people decide
Group operations decide which procedures apply to which rooftop and approve each change before it is rolled out.

What to settle before starting

  • Which material is approved. Check the license terms on licensed warranty and service policies before they go into training. Some terms may limit that use. List the group procedures by version, and name who owns each one. Customer deal data is customer data: decide in writing whether any of it may be used for training.
  • What stays an internal draft. Answers, notes, and change summaries are internal drafts until a named person adopts them. Customers see approved forms and disclosures only. Decide who can see drafts and where they are kept.
  • Which reviews it must pass. Expect review by the group’s legal and compliance owners for anything touching disclosures, plus information security and vendor review. Gpodz Compute holds no independent security attestations today, and its legal documents are being finalized with counsel. The trust page lists each item.

Questions on this topic

Does the model decide whether a repair is covered?

No. It answers from the policies you have licensed and points to the source. Warranty administrators and service managers make every coverage determination.

How do all our locations get the same answer?

By design, one company adapter serves every team, so every rooftop draws on the same approved material. Procedures that differ by location are approved as part of that material.

Do dealer groups use this today?

No. Gpodz Compute is pre-launch and has no customers yet. These workflows are illustrative, and what is available to your group, and when, is confirmed in writing during scoping.
