What's included in the monthly base?
The monthly base covers GPU reservation and warm-pool costs for your tier. Usage beyond the base is billed per token.
How are tokens counted?
One token ≈ 0.75 words for English text. Images are counted as 1024 tokens each. Streaming responses bill per token generated.
What counts as a Data Pack inclusion?
Each training run that uses a Data Pack counts as one inclusion. Multiple packs in the same run count as multiple inclusions.
Is there a free tier?
Each tenant gets one free first Data Pack. GPU usage itself is paid from day one.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Yes — upgrades take immediate effect. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card via Stripe. Wire transfer available for annual commitments.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your billing dashboard. Billing stops immediately. You pay only for elapsed Ready-time.
Do you offer discounts for annual commitments?
Yes — 10% off annual T1, 15% off annual T2, 20% off annual T3. Contact support.
What happens if I go over my token allowance?
Tokens are billed per-token at your tier's rate. No hidden overage fees.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. T3 and T2 are month-to-month. T1 requires a 30-day minimum.
