gpodz Terms of Service

Effective date: October 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of gpodz, operated by Toolkit-CLI LLC ("gpodz", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using gpodz, you agree to them. If you use gpodz for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

1. The service

gpodz is an AI business assistant. It helps you run your business through chat, email, voice, and connected services. Features may change over time. We will not remove a feature you rely on without reasonable notice where practical.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to gpodz. You give us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service to you. We do not sell your content (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Actions gpodz takes for you

gpodz can draft and, where you approve, send messages, change records, and act in connected services. You are responsible for reviewing what gpodz proposes and for actions you approve. AI output can be wrong. Do not rely on it for legal, tax, medical, or financial decisions without checking with a qualified professional.

5. Connected services

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize us to access it as you grant permission. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms. You can disconnect at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You will not use gpodz to:

• break the law, or send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages;
• send unsolicited messages in violation of anti-spam or consent rules;
• violate others' privacy, or collect data about people without a lawful basis;
• attempt to access other accounts, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it except as the law allows.

7. Fees

Paid plans and their prices are shown when you create an account or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your plan.

8. Termination

You can stop using gpodz and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Disclaimers

gpodz is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for claims relating to gpodz is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your use of gpodz in breach of these terms or the law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts of Orange County, California, except where the law requires otherwise.
