Useful work. Clear limits.
Gee supports people doing responsible work. Some uses are prohibited. Others must wait until the right safeguards are in place.
Never for lethal targeting.
Do not use gpodz for lethal targeting, weapons employment or lethal decision support. Administrative work, logistics paperwork and research summaries are different from choosing or engaging a target. A human remains accountable for every decision.
Not for surveillance of US persons.
Do not use gpodz for surveillance, profiling or tracking of US persons. Do not surveil, profile or track any other individual without a documented lawful basis. Do not use it to covertly monitor employees or students.
People make consequential decisions.
Do not use gpodz to make final decisions about credit, employment, benefits, student discipline or admissions without human review. No discriminatory protected-class filtering, automated denials or harm-enabling instructions.
Controlled technical data stays out.
Do not put ITAR- or EAR-controlled technical data into prompts, memory or training. These uses remain unavailable until export status, data handling and an export-control plan have been reviewed and approved.
Children need specific safeguards.
Direct use by children under 13 is not supported until a verified parental-consent flow and the required COPPA review are in place. Student-facing K-12 use also requires an appropriate school data agreement and age-appropriate safety review. Do not treat staff access as permission for student use.
No implied government authorization.
Uses that require government or formal security certifications are not supported unless the matching authorization is actually in place. A product description is not an authorization. We do not claim any certification without the corresponding attestation.
